A coming of age drama based on actual events about Blue and her friend Zip run away from the safety of New Hampshire suburbs in search of freedom from their uninspired lives. Their goal is to find Spider, a seasoned veteran of 'The Pit', a meeting place and home to countless runaway teens, street performers, and drug users. Spider has offered them safe haven, but there is a price to be paid, and the teenagers discover the only safety net they have is each other
